Katie and I are combining our Qi Gong and Yoga skills to celebrate the abundance of life with a day retreat. Summer is the most Yang time of year, the time to enjoy the fruits of the seeds planted in spring. These ancient practices will nourish your Fire energy, facilitating expansion into your full potential and connecting with the joy in your heart.
